Exhibition Details

The exhibition takes place at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. It will open from the afternoon of Sunday, 14 August until Wednesday, 17 August. The exhibition forms the hub of the Congress and provides an excellent opportunity for attendees to interact with exhibitors and familiarise themselves with the latest advances and innovations. In addition to the commercial exhibits, the professional poster area, Internet and print centre and product demonstrations area, dedicated catering points will be provided to ensure maximum participant footfall through the Exhibition.

Exhibition space can be booked via the Exhibition and Sponsorship Ordering System (ESOS®), as of 3 September 2015.

The Exhibition and Sponsorship Ordering System (ESOS®) is an online system whereby companies can book exhibition space and sponsorship items. It is also possible to purchase services and items for exhibition space, including furniture, technical equipment, decorations, installations and cleaning.

Please note the deadline for early exhibition space booking has expired on 31 January, 2016. The standard fee for exhibition space booking is applicable now.
